  • Do I need to apply for a specific position?

    No. You can submit your profile generally via this page. We will match your qualifications with suitable projects and contact you as soon as a suitable opportunity arises. Alternatively, you can view our job postings for the EUAA here.

  • How does the selection process work?

    Once we receive your application documents, we will review your profile and add you to our talent pool. If suitable projects arise, we will contact you directly to discuss the next steps.

  • How quickly will I receive a response?

    That depends on the needs of the respective projects. In many cases, we get in touch at short notice; sometimes, we only contact you when there is a specific need.

  • What documents are required?

    We generally require a CV in English in Europass format. Depending on the role and responsibilities, additional documents may be requested.

  • Are the assignments temporary or long-term?

    Both are possible. Deployments are generally project-based, but can vary in length and offer prospects for follow-up deployments.

  • What language skills do I need?

    English language skills at least at B2 level are required. For some positions, German language skills are also necessary.

  • Do I need any specific prior experience?

    It depends on the role. There are positions at different experience levels – from support roles to specialized functions.

  • How is the remuneration regulated?

    Compensation depends on the specific role and category within the project. We will discuss the details transparently as the process progresses.

  • Who is my contact person during the deployment?

    You will be accompanied by Grafton and Intrawork throughout the entire assignment. Both will be at your side.
