On behalf of our client, a leading international technology company, we are currently looking for a Compliance Specialist (gn) Chinese-speaking to join the team in Düsseldorf
Your Responsibilities
- Support in compliance risk management, policy development and implementation, as well as handling compliance incidents
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement appropriate measures
- Organize trainings, awareness campaigns, and assessments to strengthen compliance culture within the company
- Monitor and analyze external laws, regulations, and industry standards as well as internal policy requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the compliance management system
Your Profile
- Initial experience in corporate legal compliance management or a related function
- Strong Chinese and English language skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, combined with a responsible and proactive mindset
- Team player with strong learning agility and structured working style
