• Client & Project: The client is a company that specializes in the production and distribution of potash and salt products for agricultural and industrial applications.

• Responsibilities: As a Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving workflows.

• Your role will involve identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness.
• You will collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, while designing continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
• Expert proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
• Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Process Design Mapping and Analysis is suggested.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Implement best practices in process design to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Language skills: English (C1), German (C1)
