For our client in Schwalbach am Taunus, we are looking for a Trading Operations & SCM Specialist (gn)
Your responsibilities
- Managing internal sales and supply chain activities for raw materials and industrial resin products
- Handling end-to-end order processing, including contracts, AR/AP (via SAP), inventory control, logistics and master data maintenance.
- Monitoring customers’ credit limits and payment status to minimize financial risks
- Coordinating with customers, forwarders and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Continuously improving daily processes to increase operational efficiency
- Communicating effectively with key stakeholders to build and maintain strong business relationships
Your profile
- Experience in internal operations and supply chain management within a cross-functional, international team
- Completed commercial training, preferably as wholesale and foreign trade merchant, industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
- Very good English and Korean language skills; German is not mandatory
- Confident handling of an ERP system, ideally SAP
- Sound knowledge of import and export processes
- High resilience as well as strong team and customer orientation
- Fast learner with creativity and strong communication skills
- High level of intercultural competence
