On behalf of our client, a large Chinese technology company, we are currently looking for a salesperson (m/w/d) with knowledge of Chinese and English for the flagship store in Berlin at Ku'damm in the Upper West Building. The working hours are full-time, 30h/week are possible by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility as a sales assistant with Chinese and English skills
- Sale of high-tech products such as smartphones, tablet PCs, wearables etc.
- Advising customers on all product areas
- Collaboration with colleagues in After Sales, Repair and Stock as well as the Cash Desk
- Supporting local and international customers and building a stable customer base
You will inspire us as a salesperson with Chinese and English language skills
- Sound experience in direct customer service, preferably in retail with a high level of consultation
- High affinity for technology, mobile communication and consumer electronics products
- Strong communication skills and a passion for acquiring and passing on knowledge
- Fluent language skills in Chinese, German and English
- You hold an EU passport or a valid German work permit
