On behalf of our client, a large Chinese technology company, we are currently looking for a Service Front Desk Employee with Chinese (m/w/d) with knowledge of Chinese, English and German for the flagship store in Berlin at Ku'damm in the Upper West Building. The working hours are full-time.
Your area of responsibility as a Service Front Desk Employee with Chinese
- The primary responsibility of this role is to welcome service customers, address their needs, and work with them to find a suitable solution.
- A basic understanding of electronic devices is an advantage. Naturally, new employees receive comprehensive onboarding and training; however, we do look for candidates who already possess a certain level of technical aptitude.
- The role also involves close coordination with our technicians to ensure we offer our customers the best possible solution.
You will inspire us as a Service Front Desk Employee with Chinese
- Proficiency in using a computer and standard office applications—particularly Excel—is also required.
- A meticulous approach to work, good communication skills, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude towards customers are also important.
- Fluent language skills in Chinese, German and English.
- Holding an EU passport or a valid German work permit.
