The client is a company that specializes in the production and distribution of potash and salt products, serving various industries worldwide.
Responsibilities
- As a Business Process Designer, you will beresponsibleforanalyzing, developing, andimprovingworkflows.
- Yourrole will involveidentifyinginefficiencies in existingprocessesandproposingsolutionstooptimizeeffectiveness.
- You will collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, as well as design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
- You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Implement best practices in process design to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Expertproficiency in SAP PP (ProductionPlanning) isrequired.
- Advancedproficiency in Business Process Design isrecommended, alongwithadvancedproficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Process Design Mapping and Analysis, andbeginnerproficiency in Mining Operations, suggested.
