On behalf of our international client, we are seeking an Account Manager (gn) with English and/or Chinese in Hamburg.
Your Responsibilities:
- Consultative Customer Service
- You will provide German dealers with personalized, one-on-one support via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
- You will provide expert advice on your business needs, including problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and tailored solutions tailored to your operating scenarios and growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify customer value and service opportunities to improve dealer loyalty and platform engagement.
- Process optimization and standardization
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service workflows and implement data-driven improvements to the customer experience.
- Germany-Specific Project Management
- You will lead the implementation and quality assurance of Germany-specific initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and compliance standards.
- Monitor and optimize dealer performance and drive long-term value through localized strategies and ecosystem integration.
Your skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
- Native German speaker, fluent English, and fluent Chinese are an advantage
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing is an advantage
