As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will also research, gather, and synthesize information. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll is required.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Develop process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions effectively.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

- Primary Skill: SAP HCM Payroll (Advanced proficiency)
- Seniority: Intermediate
- Fluent English; German requirement to be confirmed
- You must be location-based in Germany.
