The Project Management Officer (gn) will be working in EUAA’s operational environment at BAMF’s premises in Nuremberg.
He/she will be responsible for supporting BAMF in the following tasks, under the coordination and supervision of the EUAA Measure Coordinator:
Tasks:
- Design and develop projects and components; conduct stakeholder, needs and feasibility analyses
- Support detailed project planning with milestones, schedules, and work packages; establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework and tools; coordinate and monitor project activities
- Develop and implement monitoring, reporting methodologies and tools, and draft regular and ad-hoc reports
- Support organization and facilitation of workshops, meetings, and group discussions
- Analyze processes and propose improvements
- Develop and coordinate a change management strategy including communication plans and feedback mechanisms
- Draft documents, templates, and guidelines for planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and change management
- Perform any other relevant duties required in the interest of the service
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in relevant fields such as Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, IT/Digital, Law, Social Sciences, International Relations, or related areas
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Very good German language skills (at least a C1-level-equivalent) and good English language skills (at least a B2-level-equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Solid organizational skills with strong prioritization
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (SÜG)
What to expect:
- Attractive average monthly gross salary of €5,071.92 (depending on hours worked on the assignment)
