🧑💻 About the Role
On behalf of Alibaba.com, the B2B e-commerce platform of Alibaba Group, we are seeking a Spanish-speaking UX Researcher to support the company’s European market expansion. This hybrid position in Hamburg focuses on user research, localization, and market insights for business users in Spain and across Europe.
📍 Important: This is a hybrid role based in Hamburg. Candidates must already reside in Germany and be available for regular in-office collaboration once the local office is open.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Conduct UX and market research in Spain and other European regions
- Design and run interviews, surveys, desk research, and competitor analysis
- Generate actionable insights for product, content, and localization teams
- Collaborate with UX/UI, product management, and international stakeholders
- Support local compliance (e.g. GDPR) and cultural relevance of the platform
✅ Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in UX research, market research, or insights
- Fluent in Spanish and English(spoken and written), German is considered a plus, but not mandatory
- Familiar with European B2B e-commerce and digital user behavior
- Experienced in qualitative and quantitative methods
- Skilled in tools like Hotjar, Maze, Dovetail, Figma, Typeform
- Based in Germany and willing to work hybrid in Hamburg

- Experience in B2B platforms, SaaS, or marketplaces
- Knowledge of Spanish user expectations and regulatory frameworks
- Background in UX, psychology, data analysis, or behavioral sciences
